1. Objective To ensure the normal and safe operation of the low-voltage distribution cabinet and the control cabinet of each equipment.

2. Scope is suitable for low-voltage distribution room distribution cabinet, the control cabinet of each equipment according to the specific situation with reference to the relevant provisions.

3. The maintenance team of the Mechanical and Electrical Installation and maintenance Engineering Department will carry out a comprehensive inspection and maintenance every six months, and complete the maintenance work with the shortest power failure time.

4. Content

1) Preparation:

A. The day before the distribution cabinet power outage maintenance to inform the household power outage start and end time.

B. Make all the preparations before the power failure, especially the preparation of tools should be complete; And complete the maintenance work with the shortest power failure time

2) maintenance procedures:

A. Implement segmented maintenance, and first maintain the security load section.

B. Stop the security load, the rest of the load as usual for mains power. Turn off the air switch for the security load mains, turn off the generator air switch, set the generator selector switch to the stop position, disassemble the positive and negative battery wires, and hang a sign to prevent the generator from sending electricity.

C. Check the busbar joint for deformation, there is no trace of discharge black, tighten the connection bolt, if the bolt rust should be replaced, ensure that the joint is tightly connected. Check the insulation on the mother for looseness and damage.

D. Shake the total air out of the distribution cabinet with the handle, check whether the main contact is scorched and dissolved, check whether the arc extinguishing cover is burned and damaged, tighten the wiring screws, clean the dust in the cabinet, and test the closing and opening of the machine

E. Remove each branch switch cabinet from the drawer cabinet and tighten each terminal. Check the installation and wiring of the current transformer, ammeter, and watt-hour meter, check the flexibility and reliability of the handle operating mechanism, tighten the inlet and outlet cables of the air switch, and clean the dust in the switch cabinet and the outlet cables behind the distribution cabinet.

F. When maintaining the capacitor cabinet, you should first turn off the capacitor main switch, discharge the capacitors one by one to the ground with a wire of more than 10MM2, and then check whether the contactor, capacitor wiring screws, grounding device is good, check whether the capacitor is bulging, and clean the dust in the cabinet with a vacuum cleaner.

G. After the maintenance of the security load section is completed, the generator can be started to supply power to it, and the mains power can be stopped to maintain the bus section.

H. Turn off the low-voltage side air switch step by step, and then turn off the high-voltage side vacuum circuit breaker for transformer electricity, close the ground switch, and hang the "No closing, someone working" sign.

I. According to C, D, E, F all requirements after maintenance of the power distribution cabinet, remove the safety device, disconnect the high-voltage side grounding switch, close the vacuum circuit breaker, observe the transformer put into operation without error, power to the low-voltage power distribution cabinet step by step, and the security load from the generator power supply to the mains power supply.

5. Safety precautions

1) Must not fulfill the electricity after the power failure.

2) When maintaining the power distribution cabinet in sections, isolation devices should be installed at the junction of the power distribution cabinet with and without power.

3) when operating the vacuum circuit breaker on the high voltage side, you should wear insulation boots, wear insulation gloves, and have special supervision.

4) When maintaining the capacitor cabinet, do not touch the capacitor before discharging to the ground.

5) before the maintenance is completed, check whether there are any tools left in the distribution cabinet.
